We are extremely happy with Pengu. We had started my daughter at anotger swim school and had several safety concerns and could not get her comfortable in the water. The coaches are amazing at building the students confidence in the water and increasing their skills. I love that they have several lifeguards on duty in addition to small group sizes. They provide updates on student progress through their app to see what skills need improvement. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful to address any changes in schedule or concerns. My daughter also loves the play area while we wait and the dressing rooms are clean and we'll cared for. ~ Nicole J

Our two kids (2 and 4 year old) love to go to Pengu! It is really awesome to see how they were first not confident to go into the/under water at all and to see the positive progress week after week. All of the coaches are so consistent and trained, but also a special shout out to Coach Lindsay and Coach Catherine who are wonderfull teachers with so much experience to make your baby/todder feel at ease and turn them into awesome swimmers at their pace. Our oldest now loves to dive for objects at the bottom of pools. We also saw him swimming his first couple of meters alone a couple of weeks ago, which was a really cool moment to see and for which we can only compliment the great coaching of Coach Travis. The staff is always very friendly and the place is always very neat. So if you are looking for a good place to learn your kids getting comfortable in the water and to learn how to swim, we can fully recommend Pengu! ~ Hannes S

My five and three yr old sons are happy and we are happy with this swim school as well. Before register, we were little concerned because of bad reviews, I even asked to the desk staffs why you got such bad reviews. Still we chose this place only because of the location(convenient for us to come straight from kids school), but so far we are satisfying. Some people says the kid did not learn anything, but once a week, 30mins, you cannot expect the kids learn soooo much and swim like a fish all of sudden. That is my opinion. Anyway, it is a good place who wants to continue improve your kiddo’s swimming. ~ JM K

I have been taking my child to Pengu Swim School in riverstone since she was 9 months old and now she is 6. The instructors and staff at Pengu are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. Muneerah is always friendly and helpful whenever we have any questions on classes, availability in schedules, etc. The facilities and the pool are clean and well-maintained. My child feels comfortable and is excited to come to her classes. Overall, I highly recommend Pengu Swim School to anyone looking for a swim school! ~ Romina M

I absolutely love the school's aesthetic and cleanliness, from the moment you walk in the door. The space is fantastic and really sets the tone for children. The play areas and overall operation are top-notch. Nasir had a wonderful experience starting with the mommy and me classes with Coach Sabine, and has progressed quickly to toddler level swimming with Coach Daphne. I can see his improvement, especially in breath work and confidence in the water. The coaches and staff are amazing and the environment is welcoming, inviting, and spotless. ~ Mina S

Here are a couple of reason why we enjoy coming to Pengu Swim School. Let’s start with the over loud of cuteness(penguin themed),clean facilities, plenty of chairs to sit at to watch your child learn to swim with their instructor, and they have plenty of dressing rooms (dressing rooms are big and have plenty of room to move around and get your kid dressed). Also, the staff is friendly, and they have great customer service. Always greeting their customers with a warm friendly smile and in my case by my kids name. 👏 ~ Jessica P

I cannot say enough positives about Pengu. We toured other facilities and either the pool wasn't big or the changing rooms for insufficient or the class availability just didn't work for us. The staff here has been overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The kids thoroughly enjoy going to their swim lessons. It is probably one of the easiest days as far as extracurricular activities because of their excitement. We are very happy with the experience overall. We LOVE Pengu!! ~ Katherine S

The Pengu staff at Pengu Riverstone is really nice they always greet you once you with a smile they always helps you get checked in, if you get there early they have some stuff for your kids to do it, may daughters teacher is really kids friendly. My daughter did her swim class in different schools and she always cries but when she got here at Pengu her teacher helps her to get rid of her fears in water. I love PENGU RIVERSTONE. ~ Reggie A

My daughter Rosario Lola has been taking lessons at Pengu Swim School for 10 months already and she has been enjoying every one of her classes. We are impressed of the professionalism of all of they coaches to adapt to substituting any giving class when has been required. We have been very impressed by Pengu in Riverstone. The intimidation our kids felt about trying something new quickly dissolved. Now they have so much fun each week, thanks to the friendly coaches and staff. We’ve also been impressed by all the amenities, including the number of changing rooms, the blow-dryer “surf” bar, speed drying machines and more. Definitely recommend. ~ John B

We started off our child with a private lesson and then switched to group instructions. Our child liked the private lesson with coach Taliyah, but wasn’t quite ready for the group lessons. Other kids in the same group class seemed happy and seemed to be learning quite well. The swim school is clean and quite nice. The front desk staff at this facility have always been professional and helpful. ~ Ab H

Such a friendly staff, they are all truly kind and greet you with a smile when you walk in. Very good swim instructors that cater to each child's learning needs and abilities. On top of that the life guards pay attention and are on top of things when children act up. This place is ran so much better under its current management vs 2 years ago, when it was very inconsistent and unorganized. ~ Ireland F

We are really enjoying Pengu Swim School. Today is my son's 3rd toddler class and he's growing more and more comfortable in the water and learning with his classmate and Coach Endeavor. We love Pengu! Originally we were very hesitant about swim lessons. On our first day we were greeted with a welcome to pengu gift. The kids were instantly excited. They look forward to swim days and wake up asking if they can skip school and go to swim class. The staff is very welcoming and the instructors are so good with the kids. ~ Toni K

I would recommend this swim school to everyone, very good teachers, facility and staff members, especially Muneera who goes extra mile to take care of the customers, she is extremely good in rescheduling missed swim classes, providing various options for make up classes and she is always there when any help is needed. ~ Hassan M

Coach Taliyah is an amazing swim instructor at Pengu Swim School at Riverstone. We have been here for years and had several instructors, but my daughter is comfortable with her. Taliyah is very patient and understanding with my daughter and other swimmers. Ask for Taliyah, you will not be disappointed. ~ shirley f

This is a very nice swim school. Very good instructors and staff they are Always helpful and It’s been almost a year my daughter enjoys learning here!! Pengu is HANDS DOWN the best swim school in the Missouri City/Sienna/Riverstone area, and all of Houston and Katy as well. The staff, coaches, cleanliness, and consistency of the building is very inviting and refreshing. What an amazing swim school! ~ Casey C

We transferred here from Pengu Houston Central location and the manager could not have been nicer and made the switch seamless. The facilities are really clean and spacious. My daughter also enjoyed her swim class. Couldn’t recommend this Pengu more! ~ Jennifer L
